1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of services provided by Pointe Handyman Services located in Grosse Pointe Michigan. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services, the client agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
Pointe offers small-scale residential/ light commercial handyman services, including but not limited to cabinetry and woodwork, painting, drywall repair, tile work, doors and hardware fixing, minor electrical and plumbing, home prep, mounting, and light exterior repairs. 3. Acceptance of Terms
Use of our service upon down payment constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

• Estimates: We provide estimates based on scope of work; final charges may vary for unanticipated issues.

• Payment: A down payment of 50% of estimated costs is due at project start. The remainder is paid upon completion. We accept cash, check, or card. A late fee may apply to unpaid balances beyond agreed terms.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Services are scheduled by mutual agreement.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide safe, clear access to work areas and necessary utilities.

• Ensure workspace is free of valuables and hazards.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any single claim is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business or property loss.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pointe from any claims arising from your negligence, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used only for service delivery and communication purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by Pointe and protected by copyright. You may not use it without written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, effective immediately.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be addressed through informal negotiation; if unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration in Michigan.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Pointe regarding services.
